Staff place books at the heart of children's learning, they help children to relish story times and listen attentively. Staff support children's personal development very effectively. They understand children's emotional needs very well. All staff make full use of innovative training. They make certain that the curriculum is rich, sharply focused and engaging to fully meet children's needs."
