Family groups for under 5s and their grown ups!

We love getting to know local families!

    Wednesday, 10-11:30am (Term-Time) | A space for new mums, mums-to-be, carers, and of course lots of babies! Make friends, grab a cuppa, and connect with others. There’s soft mats, toys, and plenty of space to feed, play, or simply sit and cha with other parents.

    Wednesday, 10-11:30am (Term-Time) | We would love to welcome you to our Tots & Toddlers play session. Our stay and play group runs weekly and is a great chance to meet other parents and carers in our local community whilst your children have fun exploring lots of toys and activities.

    1st Friday of the Month, 10-11:30am | A stay and play group with a short Bible story acted out using props (such as puppets, dressing up, bubbles or our large parachute); song/dance time with instruments or streamers; themed activities and toys; a group snack time with a range of child friendly snacks (and cake for the grown ups!)

 FAQs

  • For Tiny Tots and our Tots & Toddlers groups, there is a suggested £2 donation per family, but this is not at all required.

  • Still come! Leaving the house with young children can be such a juggle. There’s no such thing as late at our groups. Even if you turn up just five minutes before the end, you will still be welcomed with a cup of tea and a chat!

  • Absolutely yes! You are very welcome to turn up any week or if you’d prefer you can get in touch with us in advance and we can work together to help your little one settle in. We’ve recently introduced a sensory tent, ear defenders and visual timetable at our groups. We aim to make our groups as inclusive as possible, and are always looking for ways to develop this so please feel free to share your ideas and expertise with us!

  • We know parenting can be so tricky at times for a whole variety of reasons. At all of the groups and events that we run, you are so welcome to come as you are.

    If attending for the first time feels overwhelming, we are very happy to meet up in advance to show you around the building or meet you on the day to walk into the group together. If this would help, please email our Families Lead Nikki and we will work out a plan together to help you settle in.
